("Reaksiyon Kimya", "we") processes personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). This notice explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights available to you.

- Preference data — the language and display theme you select, so that the site remembers your choice.
We do not process special categories of personal data through this website, and the site is not directed at children.

- Responding to your enquiries and sample or quotation requests;
- Managing our commercial relationship and providing technical support;
- Fulfilling our legal, tax and regulatory obligations;
- Ensuring the security, availability and correct operation of the site.
4. Legal grounds
Depending on the purpose, we rely on the following grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK: processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract; processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation; processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed; or, where none of these apply, your explicit consent.

This website uses strictly necessary cookies only. We do not use advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not build visitor profiles.
- Session and security cookies — required to keep forms working and to protect against cross-site request forgery.
- Language cookie — remembers whether you are viewing the English or French version of the site.
Your display theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and is never transmitted to us. You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings; if you do, parts of the site such as the contact form may stop working correctly.
6. Transfers and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with our hosting and e-mail service providers strictly to the extent required to operate the site, and with public authorities where disclosure is required by law. Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about the processing, to learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to object to a result arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
